 nd during the race meeting with private toilets and bar - Two course self-
 serve hot buffet meal (main course and dessert) SAMPLE MENU* Mains Slow co
 oked beef and onion casserole Tender slow cooked beef simmered with onions
  and seasonal vegetables in a rich herb gravy Salmon with dill lemon butte
 r Vegetable chilli and mild spices served with sour cream and lime tortill
 a chips Accompaniments Rosemary Roast potatoes Roasted potatoes with garli
