Abandonment Policy
ABANDONMENT PRIOR TO TAPES UP
ADMISSION TICKETS
If it is necessary to abandon a meeting prior to the commencement of racing, admission tickets will remain valid for the re-staging of that meeting.
Alternatively, admission tickets may be exchanged for admission to a future meeting held within 12 months of the date of the abandoned meeting.
This policy excludes all BSPA, ACU and/or FIM events, which may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
PARKING TICKETS
If a meeting is abandoned before the car parks have opened, pre-booked parking tickets will remain valid for the re-staging of that meeting.
Alternatively, they may be exchanged or refunded in accordance with the arrangements applicable to admission tickets.
However, once the car parks have opened and vehicles have been admitted, parking tickets will be deemed to have been used and will not be valid for the re-staging of the meeting and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
This policy excludes all BSPA, ACU and/or FIM events, which may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
PROGRAMMES
If a meeting is abandoned before programmes have been sold or collected, pre-paid programme tickets will remain valid for the re-staging of that meeting.
Alternatively, they may be exchanged or refunded in accordance with the arrangements applicable to admission tickets.
However, once a programme has been collected or purchased, it will be deemed to have been supplied and cannot be exchanged or refunded, regardless of whether racing subsequently takes place.
This policy excludes all BSPA, ACU and/or FIM events, which may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
ABANDONMENT PRIOR TO COMPLETION OF BELLE VUE TEAM EVENT AT HEAT 10 OR INDIVIDUAL EVENT AT HEAT 12
If it is necessary to abandon a Belle Vue Aces/Colts team meeting prior to the completion of Heat 10, or a Belle Vue Speedway individual meeting prior to the completion of Heat 12, you will be entitled to reduced admission at any one future meeting within 12 months of the date of the abandoned meeting.
This excludes all BSPA, ACU and/or FIM events.
The actual reduction will be based upon the admission fee paid on the day of the abandoned meeting AND at which Heat the meeting is abandoned.
The re-admission charge will be based on a reduction of £1 for Adults and Concessions for every heat not completed prior to Heat 10 for a Belle Vue Team Event or Heat 12 for an Individual Event. There will be no reduction for Child admission.
The re-admission reduction will only be provided on provision of the original ticket from the abandoned meeting.
REFUNDS
If neither of the above options is possible, the ticket holder will be entitled to a full refund.
Ticket exchanges and refunds will only be given on production of the original ticket from the abandoned race meeting.
In order to obtain a refund or exchange, you must contact our office or post your ticket to the office in order for the refund/exchange to be arranged.
