Tickets
You might need to check where you are logging in to. If you bought admittance tickets, pre-booked car parks or programmes you need to login to our ticketing partner website using the "Tickets" button in the menu.
Then you can login using the details you created when you purchased your tickets
We use ticket scanners which can scan the ticket barcode on almost all mobile phone screens. We do recommend printing tickets to avoid any issues with mobile phone signals once you reach the ticket scanning point.
For tickets based in the grandstand we have a ticket collection point outside the main reception, usually in a small marquee.
For tickets based on the south stand, the tickets can be collected from the small ticket kiosk next to the south stand entrance.
Generally the simplest thing to do is to move your seats to somewhere where you can be seated together. We can do this for you at the box office before an event.
Of course, you have 3 options of what you would like to do.
- Re-use your ticket for the same event. Events are almost always postponed to a new date, rather than entirely cancelled. You will be informed of the new date for the event, if you would like to attend on the new date, then you don't need to do anything. Just keep hold of your tickets and they will work on the new date for the event
- Swap your ticket for a different event. You have up to 1 year to swap your ticket for a different event, essentially you can use the face value of the ticket to purchase tickets for a different event. To do this, you can either contact us or visit the box office before any event.
- Refund. If you would simply prefer to have your money back, just contact us. The best method is to complete the form and we will process the refund as soon as possible. Please note that the box office can't process refunds before an event.
