BRITISH Speedway is delighted to confirm that their much-valued partners Sports Insure have extended their title sponsorship of the British Final.
The company, who specialise in risk management and insurance solutions in the sports sector, have been firmly committed to British Speedway since becoming our official insurance provider, and we are delighted that once again they are backing the biggest meeting on the domestic calendar.
The Sports Insure British Final takes place at Belle Vue’s National Speedway Stadium on Monday August 14, with the Manchester venue staging the event for the eighth successive season.
Sports Insure is a trading name of Aon UK Ltd, and Head of Marketing Mel Murgatroyd said: “As specialists in motorsport insurance, we are delighted to once again be partnering with British Speedway as their Official Sponsor of the British Final.”
Home favourite Dan Bewley will defend the title in a meeting which will be televised by our broadcast partners Eurosport and discovery+.
And the event carries further significance with the Wild Card available for the British Grand Prix at Cardiff (September 2), to be given to the British Champion on the night – or the highest non-GP rider should the winner already have a full-time place in the series.
