BELLE VUE boss Mark Lemon is seeking “momentum” ahead of a crucial Easter Monday double header with Birmingham.

The ATPI Aces face the Brummies at the National Speedway Stadium at 12pm and then travel to Perry Barr for the return at 7.30pm.

A quickfire double would send Lemon’s side back to the top of the ROWE Motor Oil Premiership table.

But he said: “It’s always a real test of man and machine with the Bank Holiday double headers.

“The first objective is to win in Manchester then we’ll think about the away meeting.

“We are now well and truly into the season. I feel the boys are getting into a rhythm again. You just want to get some momentum.

“The last two home wins have been solid and that always gives us a good platform when we do go away from home.

“If we can keep doing that and then getting the aggregate bonus points, we will maintain our place as pacesetters in the league table.

“The Brummies are striving hard to make an impact in the ROWE Motor Oil Premiership and have suffered a tough start in 2025.

“But they definitely shouldn’t be underestimated. They have riders of renowned quality who can produce big scores here in Manchester.

“As always though, I will always emphasise our strengths and growing belief.

“There are so many positive signs with the ATPI Aces right now. It’s a solid building process.”
