REIGNING Premiership champions Belle Vue hope to bookend a trio of away fixtures with further success when they visit Leicester on Thursday, April 20.
The ATPI Aces have stunned their top flight rivals after recording two massive wins at Ipswich and Peterborough to boost their league table standings in the last week.
Now they have their sights set on the Pidcock Motorcycles Arena and Premiership newcomers Leicester as they look to make it three straight wins on the road.
They will be without skipper Brady Kurtz however, who is on duty in Poland the same night and the ATPI Aces have called on Ryan Douglas to guest at No.5.
The Watling JCB Lions bowed out of the Knockout Cup earlier this week after being defeated by the Ipswich Witches, and will no doubt be on the hunt for redemption.
Aces supremo Mark Lemon is confident his team have turned a significant corner since the start of the season and backing their efforts in the Midlands.
He said: “As a manager, I couldn’t have asked for more from the boys than what they have given in the last week, but Thursday is a new day and the slate is wiped clean.
“Leicester is new territory for a few of our boys but with the work carried out there over the winter I feel it has made things more of a level playing field.
“With Max Fricke, our former Belle Vue Ace and GP star, leading them they will be formidable; all their wins and losses so far have been achieved by just a small margin.
“We found some excellent form at Ipswich and Peterborough and we need to keep up this momentum, but we know we can expect a challenge from Leicester, no doubt about it.
The ATPI Aces resume their title defence at the National Speedway Stadium on Monday, April 24 with the reciprocating fixture against the Peterborough Panthers.
Meeting tickets, race day hospitality and south stand parking are now available to pre-book at bellevue-speedway.com.
