GERMAN Champion Norick Blodorn is chasing a third league title with Belle Vue at the age of just 22.

Blodorn has been a mainstay for the ATPTI Aces ever since he joined the club in 2022, and this season has seen him take a major step forward.

He was part of the team which overcame Sheffield in a dramatic Grand Final in his first campaign in Manchester, before they defeated Leicester to secure another Premiership crown in 2024.

And after a two-year gap once again, the Aces go into the decider again in 2026 with a tremendous battle expected against Sheffield over the next week.

Belle Vue travel to Owlerton for the first leg on Thursday October 8, with the return on Monday October 12 in what promises to be an epic night at the National Speedway Stadium.

Blodorn says the team is perfectly set up for their biggest test of the season, and he’s hailed their reserve duo of Tate Zischke and Will Cairns for their contributions along the way.

He said: “It feels like we belong where we are now (in the Grand Final), and it’s quite a cool achievement.

“Every time I’ve been in the Final with Belle Vue we’ve made it happen, so that’s the plan from now on. It all depends on my performance really!

“It’s felt like the team has never changed too much even though there’s been a few different riders over the years.

“But we pretty much stick to the same team, and now we’ve had Tate stepping up bigtime and Will a really strong Rising Star.”

Tickets and hospitality for the home leg of the Grand Final on October 12 are available from: https://www.bellevue-speedway.com/tickets .

Parking is sold out on the South Car Park and St Peter’s School, and parking at the Belle Vue Co Op Academy is now on sale.

With a high demand for tickets expected, supporters are advised to book in advance if at all possible in order to secure their preferred area of the stadium and avoid disappointment.
