BELLE VUE boss Mark Lemon is looking for a “show of strength” from his side at Sheffield.
The ATPI Aces go to Owlerton for a vital ROWE Motor Oil Premiership clash on Monday night.
Both sides are on course to reach the play-offs next month and it could well be a dress rehearsal for another epic encounter between the rivals later in the season.
Lemon said: “It’s going to be a fascinating week for us going to both Sheffield and Ipswich.
“We’ve got just five fixtures to go and we need to build momentum before the play-offs.
“There’s no doubt that we face two stiff tests of our resolve at Sheffield and Ipswich.
“It’s always a pretty tough battle at Owlerton. We’ve got a good record there in the play-offs but not in the regular league fixtures.
“Of course it could be a rehearsal for the play-offs but it’s always a big clash so we need to put in a gritty performance.
“We will need a show of strength this week. It will be good to have Jaimon Lidsey back from injury. We sorely missed him in the home draw with Ipswich.
“But all the boys will need to deliver a big performance to get results at Sheffield and Ipswich.”
